Pafuri Camp Makuleke Concession

Pafuri Camp is situated on the northern bank of the Luvuvhu River within lush riverine forest, in the 24,000 ha private Makuleke Concession – the most diverse and scenically attractive area in all of the Kruger National Park.

Accommodation consists of 20 luxurious tented rooms all overlooking the game rich Luvuvhu River. The river draws many different animals to its waters, from elephant, buffalo, lion, leopard and the elusive sable to wading birds and fish eagles.

Pafuri is famous for its big herds of elephant and phenomenal birding, and offers the opportunity to see species such as nyala, eland and Sharpe’s grysbok, which are not commonly seen further south in the Kruger National Park.

Game drives in open 4WD vehicles, night drives, walks and hides are all part of the range of activities that are on offer.

Rates include : Breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, two game activities per day.
